These terms outline how we work with you when you visit Brampton Auto Service for repairs, maintenance, or to buy a vehicle. By using our website or services, you agree to follow these terms.
Who We Are
Brampton Auto Service is an auto repair shop located in Brampton, Ontario. We have than 25 years of experience in the industry. In addition to repairs we sell cars, winter tires, batteries and various car parts. When you read "we," "us," or "our", in these terms it refers to Brampton Auto Service. The word "you" means anyone who uses our services.
Repair and Maintenance Services
We take care of repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, and safety inspections. Before starting any work, we will check your vehicle, explain what it needs, and give you an estimate. If we find more issues while working, we will let you know and ask for your approval before doing anything extra.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices depend on your vehicle, the parts needed and the work required. We will confirm the cost with you before we start. We may charge time even if you decide not to proceed with a repair.
Booking and Vehicle Drop-Off
When you drop off your vehicle, please take out any valuables and tell us about any problems you already know about. We look after vehicles in our shop, but we are not responsible for items left inside.
Payment
Payment is required when the work is finished and before you pick up your vehicle unless a different arrangement has been made. You can pay using the payment methods listed at the shop, and installment payments are available in some cases.
Safety Inspections
We perform safety inspections according to the standards set by the Province of Ontario. Passing an inspection shows the vehicle's condition at that time and does not guarantee there will be no future problems.
Vehicle Sales and Financing
When you buy a used vehicle from us, we give you a bill of sale. All used-vehicle sales follow Ontario rules that protect consumers and dealers. If you choose financing, the lender will set the terms. Read all the papers about the sale and the financing carefully before you sign anything.
Warranty
We stand by our repair work. We will explain any warranty on repairs or parts at the time of service, and some parts may also have a manufacturer's warranty. Warranties do not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Damage and Liability
We service vehicles properly and professionally. We are not responsible for pre-existing problems, issues unrelated to our work, or anything beyond our control. Our responsibility for any job is limited to what you paid for.
Your Responsibilities
Before we start, please give information about your vehicle. Also please approve any extra work before we do it.
